Product features
1. Appearance: transparent viscous liquid, suitable for hand daub and machine use.
2. Adhesive property: strong initial adhesion, transparent after solidification.
Scope of application
It is suitable for wireless binding and bonding of common paper such as kraft paper, A4 paper and corrugated carton. It can be used on automatic corrugated carton sealing machine. It can glue paper on the roller of the gluing machine.
Method of use
1. Pretreatment: ensure the surface of the adhesive is clean, dry and free of dirt.
2 sizing: cloth glue machine, rollers, brushes and other tools must be kept clean before use, after use can be cleaned with clean water.Cloth adhesive quantity is 100-200g/㎡.
3. Curing: it needs to be coated on one side, and the paste place is pressed tightly with a heavy object. Generally, it will be initially sticky after two minutes, and cured after 30 minutes.
Matters needing attention
1. Pay attention to ventilation during construction;
2. In the process of use, if it sticks to the skin, you can wash it with water;
3. Do not pour the glue into rivers and sewers to avoid pollution or sewer blockage;
4. Do not mix this product with other glues, otherwise the glue will deteriorate and cannot be used;
5. After taking the glue, seal it in time to avoid drying and skin. The glue taking tool should be clean to avoid bringing impurities into the quality;
The color and viscosity of this product will change with the change of storage time and temperature. It is the inherent property of glue but does not affect glue
